Transfer to Agios Prokopios : 40 euros (1-4p) / 45 euros (5-8p) 

Transfer to Agia Anna and Plaka : 45 euros (1-4p) / 60 euros (5-8p) 

Transfer to Kastraki : 65 euros (1-4p) / 80 euros (5-8p) 

Property Rules

There are some rules that we politely ask you to note before your arrival and during your stay. Please read carefully the following property rules and agree to continue. 

• Strictly no smoking
• No parties
• No pets, do not feed stray pets
• No candles
• Dispose the garbage by emptying the garbage cans. Please DO NOT deposit the bags outside the residence
• Be respectful to the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum level.
• It is forbidden to wash the bed linens and towels provided by The Nine Graces (fee can occur). 
• Housekeeping and change of linens and towels during your stay are not included in the total price of the reservation, Guests request for the service (extra charge). 
• For all reservations there is a mandatory security deposit at check in. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount as an authorization on their credit card. The amount mentioned above will be withheld for the duration of the guests stay and after the guest departs and the property has been checked, all unused amounts will be released.
• Check out is strictly at 10am, this time is set to allow our housekeepers enough time to clean and get the property ready for the next reservation.
