Ensuring you have an enjoyable stay in Naxos requires a wider focus than just booking your accommodation. Therefore, we provide a highly personalized reservation processes that:

 

  • Meets your requirements and wishes while staying with us.
  • Answers all inquiries, providing information on the island and recommendations for dining, leisure, festivities and other luxury activities.

Once we finally get to meet you in person and welcome you to Naxos, you are offered two choices: either to be given a personal tour of the property so that you have all the required information for your stay (Wi-Fi, use of appliances, emergency phone numbers, etc.), or you may choose to have a contactless check-in where all required information will be emailed to you prior to arrival.

We take care of the logistics, organization, and coordination for this complimentary service. Private transportation from and to the airport or port can be arranged.

Our concierge team members are skilled in guest care, have extensive local knowledge, and access to many benefits of Naxos (spa services, car rentals, daily tours, restaurants, etc.). From start to finish, The Nine Graces professionally manages every practical aspect of your stay, guaranteeing peace of mind. If you have a wish, just let us know!

You are provided with a personal care cosmetics kit for day to day use. All our products are crafted from natural ingredients. The amenities are offered on arrival and renewed if extra cleaning is requested during your stay.

At our holiday homes, we follow high standards of cleaning and maintenance checks at the beginning of each stay to ensure order and cleanliness before your arrival. The Covid-19 health protocol is strictly enforced and all necessary disinfectants and detergents are used for a hygienic and safe environment. All our products are eco-friendly as well! Please note that more frequent cleaning may be requested.

The Nine Graces cooperates with an off-site laundry services provider accredited by Coco-Mat Exclusive Linen. Clean and sterilized allergy-free bed sheets and towels (bathroom, beach, and swimming pool) are provided during your stay. Textiles are collected after four day’s use and all additional control measures to address the evolving COVID-19 outbreak are being observed and strictly followed. Please note that bedding and towels may be changed more frequently if requested.

The Nine Graces can deliver delicious breakfast to your door. We only provide local Naxian products, all preservative free, all homemade! A basket will be left at your doorstep with a variety of choices including hot freshly baked bread. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

If you wish to stay in your house and have a local chef come to you to prepare your lunch or dinner, just let us know. You will be served on-site and will be able to appreciate what the generous nature of the island offers you. The Nine Graces can also cater for a Naxian cheese and wine evening. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
